Cooking with Gas…

    Bridget arranged a cooking class last night in a small town called Praiano . There was one other couple from Boston that took it as well; Cameron and Meridth. Both are in the medical field with Cameron being a Clincal Dr. and Merideth helping startups in the care field and of course we were best friends by the end of the evening. 





    We made Eggplant Parmigiana, spinach and ricotta ravioli and baked sea bass in lemon. Hmmm… 
 




    We have several new recipes to try when we get home!

Today we are off again to Ravello to drop in and visit with Chiara, the woman we took the cooking class from two years ago at “Mama Ágata”. Then off to Sorrento for two nights.
